Terms of service

The basics. By buying from Dead Earth you agree to these terms. We may update them; the version at checkout applies to your order.

Products. Everything is produced by our manufacturing partners to our spec. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to screens and materials. Measurements are approximate.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders. We may cancel any order for suspected fraud or stock issues, with a full refund. An order confirmation email is not a guarantee of availability.

Intellectual property. All designs, copy, and imagery on this store belong to Dead Earth. Do not reproduce them without permission.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
